Adam Lerner

Adam Lerner built JACE Capital on decades of direct private investment, M&A, and corporate governance experience. He’s extremely passionate about organization building, prioritizing additive over subtractive investment approaches.

Throughout his career, Adam has played a key role in every aspect of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, financing, and governance. He’s gained the perspective and relationships to help founders, business owners, and management teams at all stages of development take their business to the next level.

Based outside of Chicago, when Adam and his wife are not chasing after their two daughters, Adam enjoys White Sox baseball, Michigan football, great food and travel.
